Today's Lesson: "I don't have time" usually means it's not a priority yet You say you don't have time to work out, but you scroll for 30 minutes during the day and watch a couple episodes of your favorite TV show at night. Here is what actually happened: Time was never the real shortage, priority was. The hours exist, they're just spent on other things by default, not on purpose. The Fix: Stop hunting time and start claiming it! Put the workout on the calendar like it's a meeting you cannot skip! A 20 minute scheduled workout beats an hour you are "waiting to find" Real Barriers exist: Children, Financial stress, a health issue, genuinely overloaded weeks. Those deserve accommodation, not guilt. This is about prioritizing downtime for workouts rather than doom scrolling! So this week, Stop hunting for time. Take 20 minutes and own it!
